Course Overview
In this course students learn commonly used techniques to insert and maintain master data. Data management is completed using the interactive UCM interface and web services. Student get hands-on experience performing both initial batch and continuing incremental data loads into Siebel UCM, matching, cleansing, and monitoring master account and contact data. The interactive user interface uses Siebel Open UI.
